Description: Cherries are handpicked on the farm, before being pulped washed and fermented.

Wet parchment coffee is processed for all Las Nubes’ farm at their own dry mill to maintain quality. For this washed coffee, that means 10 days on shaded raised beds for even drying.

Once dried, it is rested in bags before cleaning, milling, and grading.
